    We start with how your team works today: the process, the data, where it breaks down. From the first call, you are talking to the people who will do the building.

    Build or configure
    One-of-a-kind needs get a custom build. Common ones start from a proven Avenue OS module, configured to your agency. When both would work, we recommend the cheaper path.

    Working software, early
    You react to a running product, not mockups. A working version goes in front of you within weeks, and your feedback shapes each revision.

    Training included
    Documentation, training, and support are part of the work, not line items. Your staff know how to run it before we step back.

Vendor setup
SAM.gov registered, with UEI, W-9, and standard onboarding paperwork on request. We reply within one business day.
Background

Avenue Civic pairs senior product, data, and engineering craft with real experience inside government. We have led data and policy work for state and local agencies; work that shapes how public services run, and that in some cases has become law. When a build calls for more hands, we draw on a trusted bench of senior product, data, and engineering specialists. The throughline is the same: use data and software to make public services work better.

Founder
Oscar Boochever

Oscar’s north star is making government work better for the people it serves. He has worked inside it for the Massachusetts Attorney General, the Philadelphia District Attorney, and the Governor of North Carolina, and most recently as Senior Product Manager at AH Datalytics. He got there through a master’s in public policy at the Harvard Kennedy School, a deliberate move from teaching in Tennessee public schools to the systems that shape them.
